Festival du Film Fantastique – every year, end of Jan/early Feb.

Fête des Jonquilles – every other year in April
Around April 20, the festival of the daffodil is celebrated, a flower that grows in the wild around Gérardmer. School children and volunteers pick the flowers that are used to build beautiful flower floats. The flower parade takes place on the Sunday that is closest to April 20th.
Gérardmer Motordays – every other year in May
Thousands of rock- and motorcycle fans come to Gérardmer to attend rock concerts and see the motorcycles! Info: https://www.gerardmer-motordays.com/8-2/
Festival des Arts – last Sunday in July: Competition for 50 painters in Villa Monplaisir. Info: www.festival-des-arts.fr.
Féeries du Lac – every year on July 14 and August 14
Every year an amazing happening is organized around a different theme with fireworks and music A magnificent view of the fireworks from Le Panoramic!
Académie Internationale de Musique à Gerardmer – every year 2nd half of August
Over the course of 12 days professional French musicians and about 100 music students come together in Gérardmer for the purpose of making beautiful music. Throughout the duration of the Académie many concerts are performed by the professional musicians and their students, ranging from classical music to jazz.
Triathlon – every year in September
